  • Can I purchase my gown directly from Louise Bentley?
    No. We have carefully selected stockists throughout the UK and Europe. To find a retailer in your area, please visit our stockist page or fill in our contact page and one of our customer service representatives will be in touch.
  • Can Louise Bentley be purchased online?
    No. Stockists are not authorised to sell our gowns over the internet - we hand pick our partners to ensure they provide the full customer service from choosing your dress to having it fitted from high quality, established premises. We cannot guarantee the authenticity of Louise Bentley gowns offered for sale online.
  • How do I become stockist?
    Please visit our "Become a stockist" page, fill in the infomations and we will get back to you as soon as possible!
  • How do I find a stockist/retailer in my area?
    Please visit our stockist page. You can search using your postcode to find your closest store.
  • Do retailers carry all styles shown on this website?
    Not necessarily, our stockists will carry an appropriate selection from their designated Collections. We suggest enquiring directly with the store if there is a particular dress of interest.
  • How often and when are new styles introduced?
    New collection styles are released twice a year: Autumn/Winter and Spring/Summer. Follow us on social media to keep up to date with our designs.
  • How do I find out how much certain styles cost?
    Price enquiries should be directed to your local Louise Bentley stockist.
  • Am I able to request for alteration?
    Yes! All our dresses are completely customisable. Please contact any of our stockists to find our more details. The sky is the limit to what we can change! *Please note that depending on the alterations, delivery times can vary.
  • Can the dress be made as custom length or made to measure?
    Yes. Length can either be made as per measurement upon ordering, or altered at the final fitting.
